Touchless system / Technical overview
YOLO SD6Touchless Car Wash Machine
Dual-arm · six-fan drying
Dual-arm touchless washing with a six-fan drying arrangement.

Where it fits
Built around operating requirements.
Use the confirmed model data as a starting point, then validate the complete layout and utility schedule for your site.
Touchless / touch-free cleaning
Automated high-pressure cleaning without wash brushes contacting the vehicle surface.
In-bay automatic operation
A single wash bay combines programmable cleaning stages and the documented drying configuration.
Site-specific planning
Vehicle clearance, equipment room, utilities and approach space are checked before layout approval.
Model-specific capabilities
What the reviewed product material documents.
These capabilities apply to the referenced model configuration. Final functions and component scope are confirmed in the quotation.
Six-fan dual-arm configuration
The SD6 pairs its dual wash arms with six 4 kW fans, providing a broader drying arrangement than the four-fan SD1 configuration.
Synchronized 180° arm motion
The two arms move through a documented 180° arc with coordinated speed, pressure and distance to cover the vehicle body without brush contact.
Vehicle sensing and clearance protection
Length and width detection functions support wash-path control, while the collision-prevention logic protects the vehicle and moving equipment during the automated sequence.
Maintainable square-tube rail
A square-tube travel structure is used to simplify bay construction and keep key running components accessible for alignment checks and scheduled service.
