Manufacturing and delivery facts

Start with a clear production and project framework

These points summarize our manufacturing and project-delivery framework. Final model, schedule, training, warranty and service terms are confirmed in the quotation and contract.

01

Consultation and planning

Our team combines technical consultation, project planning and configuration design for the intended site and operating model.

02

Design through assembly

The factory describes in-house manufacturing from design to assembly using standardized production processes.

03

In-process quality control

The factory FAQ states that its quality-control team performs sample and component inspections during production.

04

Final inspection

The same FAQ states that each shipment receives a 100% final inspection before release.

05

Production reference

Our general machine-production reference is 15–30 days. The confirmed schedule remains model- and order-specific.

06

Training support

On-site training is listed as support for agents; availability and scope for each market or project must be agreed before ordering.

Coordinated delivery workflow

Eight stages from project brief to operating support

This is YOLO’s manufacturing, quality-control and delivery workflow. The signed order documents remain the project authority.

  1. 01

    Plan · Project brief

Send the site and operating requirements

Country, site dimensions, vehicle mix, expected volume, local utilities, climate, preferred wash format and target opening date.
  2. 02

    Plan · Technical review

Match the wash architecture to the site

We review touchless, rollover or tunnel suitability, vehicle clearance, traffic flow, utilities and local operating conditions.
  3. 03

    Plan · Configuration

Approve the model, options and layout basis

Confirm wash functions, drying package, voltage, finish, optional equipment and the drawings or site information needed for the order.
  4. 04

    Order · Commercial confirmation

    Approve the quotation and contract

The written documents identify equipment scope, exclusions, schedule basis, delivery term, payment milestones and official beneficiary details.
  5. 05

    Build · Production planning

    Release the approved configuration

Production starts after technical approval and the agreed payment milestone. Project details are transferred into the manufacturing plan.
  6. 06

    Build · In-process quality control

    Inspect parts and assembly stages

The factory quality team performs sample and component inspections during production, with issues corrected before release.
  7. 07

    Build · Final inspection

Test and release the finished equipment

The factory states that every machine receives a final pre-shipment inspection. Project-specific test records or acceptance evidence should be agreed before ordering.
  8. 08

    Operate · Installation and support

Commission, train and maintain the system

Remote guidance, on-site support, operator training, acceptance, warranty handling and spare-parts support follow the scope confirmed for the project.

Project document pack

Keep the handover information connected

The exact document set depends on model and contract. Confirm the required language, format and approval stage before production.

01

Approved commercial scope

Quotation or contract, configuration list, inclusions, exclusions, delivery basis, payment milestones and project contacts.

02

Technical and site documents

Model data, utility requirements, layout basis, foundation or interface information and customer site-preparation responsibilities.

03

Quality and shipment records

Agreed inspection evidence, packing information, loading details and the commercial or transport documents required for the shipment.

04

Installation and operation

Installation guidance, commissioning checklist, operating instructions, maintenance requirements and safety information for the supplied system.

05

Acceptance and support

Training or acceptance record, warranty terms, support contacts and the recommended spare-parts list for the approved configuration.

Commercial terms

Know what will be confirmed in writing

Final conditions vary by model, destination and service scope. Your quotation and contract take priority over general website information.

Payment

Contract-based payment

There is no public online checkout. Currency, payment method, deposit or balance milestones and beneficiary details are stated in the official Proforma Invoice or contract.

Shipping

Agreed delivery basis

The quotation states the applicable delivery term, destination, packing basis and which party is responsible for freight, insurance, import clearance, duties and local delivery.

Schedule

Project-specific lead time

Our general planning reference is 15–30 days for machine production, while final production and shipment timing is confirmed after technical approval and the agreed payment milestone. Transit time depends on the destination and route.

Installation

Defined support scope

Remote guidance, on-site engineering, travel costs, accommodation, local labor, lifting equipment and commissioning responsibilities are confirmed before ordering.

Warranty

Written model-specific coverage

The contract states the warranty period, covered components, exclusions, spare-parts arrangements and support channel for the supplied configuration.

Payment security

Do not send funds using bank details received only through an unexpected message. Verify beneficiary details—and any requested change—through your established YOLO contact before payment.

Before equipment arrival

Prepare the site against approved drawings

Exact dimensions and utility values are model-specific. Do not begin civil or electrical work from general website figures alone.

01

Civil works

Confirm the wash bay, equipment room, foundations, drainage, entrance, exit, queuing area and maintenance access.

02

Utilities

Prepare the approved power supply, grounding, water supply, storage, compressed air and wastewater arrangement.

03

Access and unloading

Plan container or truck access, unloading space, lifting equipment, secure storage and movement of equipment to the installation area.

04

Local coordination

Arrange permits, local contractors, construction interfaces, installation personnel and any destination-specific compliance work.

Ordering FAQ

Clear expectations before you commit

How do I start an order?

Send your country, site dimensions, expected vehicle volume, available power and water, preferred equipment type and target timeline. We will review the project before preparing a quotation.

How are payment terms confirmed?

Payment currency, method, milestones and beneficiary details are provided in the official Proforma Invoice or sales contract. Website text and informal messages do not replace those written terms.

Can you coordinate international shipping?

We can discuss packing, container loading and shipment coordination. The agreed delivery term and quotation define freight, insurance, customs clearance, taxes, destination charges and local delivery responsibilities.

What must be ready before installation?

Complete the site work and utilities shown in the approved drawings. This normally includes the wash bay, drainage, electrical supply, water system, equipment room, access and safe unloading arrangements.

Do you provide on-site installation?

Remote guidance and on-site engineering can be discussed by project. The contract must identify the support scope, travel and accommodation costs, local labor, tools, lifting equipment, commissioning and training responsibilities.

How is production quality checked?

Our quality-control process includes sample and component inspections during production and a final inspection before shipment. If your project requires photographs, video, test records or third-party inspection, include that requirement in the contract.

Which documents should I request?

Request the approved configuration and commercial scope, site and utility requirements, packing and shipping documents, installation and operating guidance, commissioning or acceptance checklist, written warranty terms and a recommended spare-parts list. Availability and format are confirmed by project.

How are warranty and spare parts handled?

Coverage is confirmed for the selected model and configuration in the contract. Request the written warranty terms, exclusions, maintenance schedule and recommended spare-parts list before ordering.
