360° touchless system
High-pressure washing with vehicle detection and a four-fan drying configuration.

Where it fits
Built around operating requirements.
Use the confirmed model data as a starting point, then validate the complete layout and utility schedule for your site.
Touchless / touch-free cleaning
Automated high-pressure cleaning without wash brushes contacting the vehicle surface.
In-bay automatic operation
A single wash bay combines programmable cleaning stages and the documented drying configuration.
Site-specific planning
Vehicle clearance, equipment room, utilities and approach space are checked before layout approval.
Model-specific capabilities
What the reviewed product material documents.
These capabilities apply to the referenced model configuration. Final functions and component scope are confirmed in the quotation.
Three-axis contour sweep
A three-axis, right-angle rotating cantilever is arranged to sweep the upper body, sides and vehicle ends with controlled movement for broad touchless coverage.
Length and width sensing
Separate vehicle-length and vehicle-width detection functions give the control system more information for positioning the wash path and managing clearance around different body shapes.
Embedded movement path
The gantry travels on an embedded track intended for stable operation and a clean bay layout; rail position and drainage must be coordinated before concrete work.
Four-fan 5.5 kW drying package
Four 5.5 kW fans provide mobile air drying after high-pressure washing, foam application and the selected finishing stages.
