Where it fits
Built around operating requirements.
Use the confirmed model data as a starting point, then validate the complete layout and utility schedule for your site.
Touchless / touch-free cleaning
Automated high-pressure cleaning without wash brushes contacting the vehicle surface.
In-bay automatic operation
A single wash bay combines programmable cleaning stages and the documented drying configuration.
Site-specific planning
Vehicle clearance, equipment room, utilities and approach space are checked before layout approval.
Model-specific capabilities
What the reviewed product material documents.
These capabilities apply to the referenced model configuration. Final functions and component scope are confirmed in the quotation.
Dual-arm 180° coverage
Two wash arms perform a coordinated 180° arc around the vehicle, maintaining controlled motion and working distance across the roof, sides, front and rear zones.
Four-fan staged drying
The SD1 uses four 4 kW fans in a directional sequence, matching airflow to gantry travel rather than applying the same fan pattern throughout the whole cycle.
Square-tube service track
Its square-tube rail structure is intended to simplify construction, installation and later maintenance access compared with more involved embedded-track layouts.
Multi-nozzle chemical control
The wash assembly changes between pressure and atomizing functions, while automatic proportioning prepares the chemical ratio required by the selected program.
