Touchless system / Technical overview
YOLO S600Touchless Car Wash Machine
Contour-following touchless system
A high-pressure touchless system with contour-following top movement, wheel cleaning and four-fan drying.

Where it fits
Built around operating requirements.
Use the confirmed model data as a starting point, then validate the complete layout and utility schedule for your site.
Touchless / touch-free cleaning
Automated high-pressure cleaning without wash brushes contacting the vehicle surface.
In-bay automatic operation
A single wash bay combines programmable cleaning stages and the documented drying configuration.
Site-specific planning
Vehicle clearance, equipment room, utilities and approach space are checked before layout approval.
Model-specific capabilities
What the reviewed product material documents.
These capabilities apply to the referenced model configuration. Final functions and component scope are confirmed in the quotation.
Adaptive contour recognition
The sensing system identifies different vehicle profiles and guides the wash assembly around the upper body instead of relying on one fixed path for every car.
35 cm top-following distance
The lifting mechanism follows the detected roof contour while maintaining a documented flushing distance of approximately 35 cm for closer, more consistent top cleaning.
Bidirectional wheel and rocker-panel cleaning
Rotating wheel washing operates in both directions, while dedicated high-pressure side jets concentrate on lower-body, side-skirt and rocker-panel surfaces around the wheels.
Recipe dosing and four-fan finish
Automatic liquid programs prepare the required chemical proportions, and four 5.5 kW fans complete the selected wash and coating sequence with mobile air drying.
