Touchless system / Technical overview
YOLO HP212Touchless Car Wash Machine
Rollover touchless system
A moving gantry and swing-arm wash system with two swinging top blowers.

Where it fits
Built around operating requirements.
Use the confirmed model data as a starting point, then validate the complete layout and utility schedule for your site.
Touchless / touch-free cleaning
Automated high-pressure cleaning without wash brushes contacting the vehicle surface.
In-bay automatic operation
A single wash bay combines programmable cleaning stages and the documented drying configuration.
Site-specific planning
Vehicle clearance, equipment room, utilities and approach space are checked before layout approval.
Model-specific capabilities
What the reviewed product material documents.
These capabilities apply to the referenced model configuration. Final functions and component scope are confirmed in the quotation.
Gantry-and-swing-arm platform
The HP212 combines rollover travel with a flexible wash arm, bringing the stability of a moving gantry together with closer positioning around the vehicle body.
Uniform-distance 360° washing
The control sequence adjusts the flushing path to vehicle length so the arm can maintain more consistent speed, pressure and distance while addressing common cleaning blind spots.
Operator guidance interface
A touchscreen presents selectable wash modes and operating steps, while red and green traffic indicators tell the driver when the cycle is complete and the exit is clear.
Unattended-ready controls
The documented control package can support scan-to-start operation and unattended workflows when the required payment, access and site-safety systems are included.
Galvanized structural frame
The brochure specifies a 3 mm Q235 steel frame with hot-dip galvanizing to improve corrosion resistance in the wet operating environment.
