Rollover system / Technical overview
YOLO CF370Rollover Car Wash Machine
Five-brush rollover with wheel brushes
A reciprocating system with retractable wheel brushes, four-fan drying and optional unattended controls.

Where it fits
Built around operating requirements.
Use the confirmed model data as a starting point, then validate the complete layout and utility schedule for your site.
Reciprocating in-bay operation
The gantry travels around a stationary vehicle through the selected wash and drying program.
Profile-following brush cleaning
Automatic sensing guides the top and side brushes around the documented vehicle envelope.
Program and site confirmation
Brush layout, wash modes, utilities, rails and service access are checked before site approval.
Model-specific capabilities
What the reviewed product material documents.
These capabilities apply to the referenced model configuration. Final functions and component scope are confirmed in the quotation.
Retractable wheel brushes
Two dedicated wheel brushes extend during the relevant stage to clean wheel surfaces, then retract so the gantry can continue the remaining reciprocating sequence.
Defined seven-stage wash sequence
The documented process moves from pre-rinse and foam through wheel and vertical-brush cleaning, followed by a light rinse, water wax and drying.
Integrated top-and-side airflow
Four fans combine upper and lateral airflow after the brush stages, giving the CF370 a complete wash-and-dry sequence within one reciprocating platform.
Self-service and remote-ready controls
An optional unattended module can connect to compatible operating systems, while the MCU controller provides fault codes and supports documented remote upgrades.
