Rollover system / Technical overview
YOLO CF340Rollover Car Wash Machine
Reciprocating multi-brush rollover
A reciprocating brush system with vehicle profiling, multiple wash programs and four-fan drying.

Where it fits
Built around operating requirements.
Use the confirmed model data as a starting point, then validate the complete layout and utility schedule for your site.
Reciprocating in-bay operation
The gantry travels around a stationary vehicle through the selected wash and drying program.
Profile-following brush cleaning
Automatic sensing guides the top and side brushes around the documented vehicle envelope.
Program and site confirmation
Brush layout, wash modes, utilities, rails and service access are checked before site approval.
Model-specific capabilities
What the reviewed product material documents.
These capabilities apply to the referenced model configuration. Final functions and component scope are confirmed in the quotation.
Photoelectric profile scan
The vehicle is scanned before washing so the controller can guide the lifting top brush according to measured body-shape data rather than a fixed height.
Staggered vertical-brush cleaning
Large and small vertical brushes are arranged to follow front, rear and side surfaces in sequence, complementing the top brush and reducing missed transition areas.
Three reciprocating programs
Operators can select regular, fine or coating wash modes, using different reciprocating patterns to balance cycle time, contact cleaning and finishing stages.
Counters and readable fault codes
Daily, monthly and total wash counters support operating reviews, while the display identifies fault codes and causes to shorten routine troubleshooting.
Reference data
