Rollover system / Technical overview
YOLO CF360Rollover Car Wash Machine
Unattended-ready five-brush rollover
A five-brush reciprocating system with automatic chemical proportioning, four-fan drying and optional self-service integration.

Where it fits
Built around operating requirements.
Use the confirmed model data as a starting point, then validate the complete layout and utility schedule for your site.
Reciprocating in-bay operation
The gantry travels around a stationary vehicle through the selected wash and drying program.
Profile-following brush cleaning
Automatic sensing guides the top and side brushes around the documented vehicle envelope.
Program and site confirmation
Brush layout, wash modes, utilities, rails and service access are checked before site approval.
Model-specific capabilities
What the reviewed product material documents.
These capabilities apply to the referenced model configuration. Final functions and component scope are confirmed in the quotation.
Optional unattended operation
An optional module can connect the CF360 to a compatible self-service or third-party platform for sites planning unattended payment and start control.
Five-brush reciprocating layout
One lifting top brush, two small vertical brushes and two large vertical brushes provide structured contact coverage around the stationary vehicle.
Separate foam and wax dosing
Automatic proportioning handles the foam and water-wax circuits independently, allowing the selected wash program to apply each liquid at its intended stage.
Contour drying with remote-ready control
Four top-and-side fans follow the vehicle profile, while the MCU platform provides fault identification and supports documented remote software upgrades.
