Touchless system / Technical overview
YOLO HP232Touchless Car Wash Machine
Single-arm touchless system
A 360° rotating wash arm with ultrasonic vehicle detection and moving air drying.

Where it fits
Built around operating requirements.
Use the confirmed model data as a starting point, then validate the complete layout and utility schedule for your site.
Touchless / touch-free cleaning
Automated high-pressure cleaning without wash brushes contacting the vehicle surface.
In-bay automatic operation
A single wash bay combines programmable cleaning stages and the documented drying configuration.
Site-specific planning
Vehicle clearance, equipment room, utilities and approach space are checked before layout approval.
Model-specific capabilities
What the reviewed product material documents.
These capabilities apply to the referenced model configuration. Final functions and component scope are confirmed in the quotation.
27-second rotating arm
The 360° arm is documented to complete one rotation in about 27 seconds, combining prewash, high-pressure rinsing and coating functions on the same moving mechanism.
Ultrasonic vehicle recognition
Ultrasonic sensing measures vehicle dimensions and parking distance without relying on optical visibility through water mist, supporting clearance control and repeat cleaning around mirror areas.
Wheel, rocker-panel and chassis cleaning
Separate high-pressure side sprays target wheels and side skirts (rocker-panel areas), while the front spray assembly cleans the chassis before the rotating arm completes the upper-body stages.
4 mm galvanized framework
The HP232 brochure specifies 4 mm Q235 structural profiles with pickling, phosphating and hot-dip galvanizing for long-term use in a wet wash bay.
