Touchless system / Technical overview
YOLO S1Touchless Car Wash Machine
Single-arm touchless washing
An in-bay touchless system with automatic chemical dosing and four-fan drying.

Where it fits
Built around operating requirements.
Use the confirmed model data as a starting point, then validate the complete layout and utility schedule for your site.
Touchless / touch-free cleaning
Automated high-pressure cleaning without wash brushes contacting the vehicle surface.
In-bay automatic operation
A single wash bay combines programmable cleaning stages and the documented drying configuration.
Site-specific planning
Vehicle clearance, equipment room, utilities and approach space are checked before layout approval.
Model-specific capabilities
What the reviewed product material documents.
These capabilities apply to the referenced model configuration. Final functions and component scope are confirmed in the quotation.
180° dual-axis wash reach
Two rotating axes guide the cantilever through a broad arc around the stationary vehicle, keeping movement speed, spray pressure and working distance controlled across the programmed path.
Square-tube track access
The square-tube rail arrangement is designed to simplify installation work and leave the travel structure accessible for inspection, adjustment and later servicing.
Phased four-fan drying
The four 4 kW blowers operate in stages as the gantry changes direction, directing airflow to different parts of the vehicle instead of running every fan in the same pattern.
Automatic fluid control
Multipurpose nozzles support high-pressure and atomized application, while the dosing system automatically prepares the selected chemical ratio for each wash program.
