Extended nine-brush process
The CC690 uses nine foam brushes across a longer equipment body, adding contact-cleaning coverage for projects that can accommodate the extended tunnel layout.
11.6 m conveyor with wheel aligner
Its documented conveyor length includes the wheel-alignment section, coordinating vehicle entry, tyre guidance and movement into the main wash equipment.
Water-retentive foam brushes
Fourth-generation foam brush material is designed to retain wash water at the contact surface, supporting consistent cleaning while the conveyor advances the vehicle.
Service-oriented tunnel hardware
The widened conveyor, vertical outlet bearing arrangement and electroplated conveyor treatment are intended to improve entry tolerance, corrosion resistance and maintenance access.
