Tunnel system / Technical overview
YOLO CC670Tunnel Car Wash Machine
Seven-brush conveyor tunnel
A conveyor-based system with seven foam brushes for continuous wash operations.

Where it fits
Built around operating requirements.
Use the confirmed model data as a starting point, then validate the complete layout and utility schedule for your site.
Conveyor-based workflow
Designed for a continuous vehicle path with wash stages arranged along the tunnel.
Foam-brush configuration
The documented brush count and conveyor dimensions make early site comparison more concrete.
Project-led installation
Entry, exit, queuing, utilities and service access are planned beyond the equipment footprint.
Model-specific capabilities
What the reviewed product material documents.
These capabilities apply to the referenced model configuration. Final functions and component scope are confirmed in the quotation.
Seven-brush compact tunnel
Seven foam brushes are arranged across a shorter conveyor body for continuous cleaning where the site needs tunnel operation without the longer nine-brush equipment footprint.
Self-correcting conveyor guidance
The traction-integrated wheel guide accepts vehicles entering at a slight angle and uses lateral guidance to bring the tyre into the intended conveyor path.
Wide-body vehicle clearance
A 3.8 m machine body provides a documented 2.1 m washing width, giving operators defined clearance for suitable cars, SUVs and vans.
Top-and-side blower integration
The air system combines upper and side outlets, while entrance indicators use a red cross and green arrow to guide vehicle movement through the tunnel.
Reference data
Technical specifications.
The values below come from the model-specific material reviewed for this page. They remain subject to the supplied configuration and approved installation drawing.
Installation footprint excludes vehicle entry and exit areas. Conveyor length includes the wheel guide. Capacity depends on conveyor speed and site layout.
| Equipment body (L × W × H) | 8 × 3.8 × 3.44 m |
|---|---|
| Installation footprint (L × W) | 10.24 × 4 m |
| Conveyor length | 9.96 m |
| Maximum vehicle (L × W × H) | 5.3 × 2.1 × 2.1 m |
| Brush configuration | 7 foam brushes |
| Water consumption | 145 L/car |
| Energy consumption | 0.6 kWh/car |
| Power supply | AC 380 V / 50 Hz / 5-wire |
| Water supply | DN25; ≥200 L/min |
| Air supply | 0.75–0.9 MPa; ≥0.1 m³/min |
